Addendum - Loss of Recognized Accrediting Agency
UEI College’s accrediting agency, ACICS, is no longer recognized by the Department of Education.
UEI College has 18 months following the loss of its Department-recognized accrediting agency, to find a new accrediting agency to maintain eligibility to receive funds under Title IV, HEA programs, and that if UEI College does not obtain accreditation within that 18 month period, the College would no longer be eligible to receive funds under Title IV, HEA programs.
The date of the expiration of the 18 month period referred to above, is June 12, 2018.
Any student at UEI College who has a complaint relating to Title IV eligibility or administration, the quality of education received at the College, or otherwise relating to the accreditation standards of ACICS, can submit that complaint to UEI College and/or to any of the following agencies listed below:
