Chasmyne Williams, a Medical Assistant graduate from UEI College in Riverside, is a mother of three young boys who took the leap to build a better future for her family. When her sons sat down to do their homework, she sat right down beside them.

Daniel Baume, an Electrician Technician graduate from UEI Garden Grove, enrolled with his 14-year-old son in mind.

Sarah Black spent a year sleeping in her car with her dog curled up beside her, working night shifts as a janitor while she studied HVAC. She went on to graduate as her class’s valedictorian.

Brett Llevado left a decade of retail and hospitality work behind to pursue a career as a Medical Office Specialist, and he wants others to know age is not a barrier.

Daleice Johnson left a job doing maintenance on diesel trucks to pursue Medical Billing and Insurance Coding, a program she completed in nine months.
