About This Program

At UEI you don’t just sit in a classroom reading books—you’ll spend a lot of time working closely with our experienced instructors where you’ll learn the skills necessary and get hands-on experience to help you succeed.

Your career training will teach you how to complete insurance claim forms, assess patient records for claims reimbursement, and code medical procedures and diagnoses. At the end of your program, you’ll get to practice your newfound skills and knowledge during a 200-hour externship with a local potential employer.
