Three Local Legislators Celebrate UEI College Riverside
The room was filled with pride, excitement, and immense joy as UEI College Riverside celebrated its spectacular Class of 2026 graduation! With more than 300 graduates taking the stage and over 1,500 enthusiastic family members, friends, and faculty members in attendance, it was a truly powerful testament to student dedication and success.
To make the occasion even more memorable, three local leaders representing the City of Riverside, the California Assembly, and the California Senate joined the festivities to honor our graduates as they prepare to enter the workforce.
Riverside City Councilmember Philip Falcone delivered an inspiring keynote address, emphasizing the importance of community and the value of a career built on service.
Here are some standout highlights from his remarks:
“Someone, of course, cannot be successful without a successful village around them, a successful network that makes these things happen.”
“That hard work that you put in to further yourself, to further your career, is worthwhile work. It’s valuable work.”
“I imagine many of you are in the various fields that you chose to go into because you also want to better the world and better your respective community and the society that is around you. That is some of the most honorable work that we can do.”
The celebration also featured a special video message from California State Senator Sabrina Cervantes, who extended her heartfelt congratulations to the graduates as they launch their new career chapters within her district.
Senator Cervantes highlighted the incredible impact these new professionals will have on the region:
“Through your work, you are not only building careers for yourself, but also serving our communities by expanding health access and improving lives every single day.”
“As you move forward with your life journey, know that your presence in these fields will make a lasting difference.”
To our incredible Riverside graduates: You have put in the hard work, built your network, and earned this moment. We are exceptionally proud of your achievements and know you will do amazing things for our community.
Congratulations, UEI College Riverside Class of 2026!
