Are Classes Still In Session?
Yes, our goal is to limit any disruption to your education and classes. Effective March 18th, 2020, all Campuses will transition to an Online Distance Learning model until further notice.
We will continue to actively monitor the situation and communicate if there are any changes.

I’m Supposed To Return Back To Class From A Leave Of Absence. What Should I Do?
What Specific Date Are We Coming Back To School?
We are actively preparing for your campus to reopen, with your health and safety as our top priority. In accordance with the CDC and local health guidelines, we are taking a number of actions to ensure a safe learning environment. This may include things like rearranging our classrooms to ensure social distancing or preparing personal protective equipment for our students and staff.
We are closely monitoring information provided by national and local governing bodies/health agencies relating to the opening of on-campus classes. We will provide updates via email on exact return dates as soon as possible.
It’s Too Early To Go Back/I Don’t Feel Safe Yet.
The safety of our students is our top priority and we are taking numerous steps to ensure your health and safety when we re-open the campus, here is more information for your reference.
- Our campus will continuously be cleaned and sanitized
- Classrooms have been re-organized to meet social distancing needs
- Waiting areas and common areas will be spaced apart for 6-feet social distancing
- Instructors have been refreshed on OSHA
While our classrooms may look a little different when you return, you will still have the same caring and supportive staff that helped you start your journey to build a better future.

We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has caused difficulties for many. We are actively preparing for your campus return.

I’m Enrolled To Start My Program. Will I Still Be Able To Start On Time?
Yes, we will be supporting your career training utilizing our Online Distance Learning model.
Students starting on 3/17, 3/28, and 3/30 will be provided their Kindle/ebooks in time for your first day of class. Instructors will help you get comfortable with Distance Learning to ensure your success.

Financing Options during Covid-19 FAQs
I’m Having Trouble Paying My School Loans At This Time, What Are My Options?
Information in regards to repayment and interest accruing during this time.
- All loans owed by the U.S. Department of Education (ED) will have interest waived. This includes Direct Loans, Federal Perkins Loans and Federal Family Education Loan (FFEL) Program loans held by ED.
- Interest accrued will be automatically waived. ED Will automatically adjust borrower account so that interest doesn’t accrue. The account adjustment will be effective March 13, 2020.
- Interest will not accrue on federally held student loans for at least 60 days, beginning on March 13, 2020. ED may extend the period, depending on the status of the COVID-19 national emergency.
- Can apply for administrative forbearance if borrower cannot make monthly payments. Administrative forbearance must be requested by contacting loan servicer.
- Please log into https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/sign-in/landing or call 1-800-4-FED-AID (1-800-433-3243).
- Administrative forbearance will last for 60 days from March 13, 2020. ED may extend period, depending on the status of the COVID-19 national emergency.

COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by the most recently discovered coronavirus.
What Are The Signs And Symptoms Of Covid-19?

What Should I Do If I Have These Symptoms?
Seek medical advice if you develop these symptoms and have been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or recently been in the area with an ongoing spread of COVID-19.
If I Am Sick, What Should I Do?
Please stay home and seek medical attention if needed. Contact your instructor and Director of Education to inform them of your absence and condition.
What Is Online Distance Learning?
Students will be able to continue their education through email, phone, and online resources to ensure completion of the program as scheduled. Please check your email and reach out to your instructor for more information.
I Don’t Have Wi-Fi Or Access To Internet. What Are My Options?
Our Online Distance Learning platform allows you to use your current Kindle and phone to participate in class activities to continue your educational journey. Contact your Director of Education for information on student resources. You may also contact your local internet provider to determine available options during this time.
