About This Program
Don’t put off your dream of working in the medical field any longer. The Ontario Medical Assistant program at UEI College can put you on a path toward an entry-level position in the medical field. This first step in what can develop into a long-term, patient-focused career in health care. Through a mix of classroom sessions, hands-on lab work and real-world experience at a local clinic, you will learn such skills as office administration, infection control, injections, anatomy and physiology.
