BUSINESS OFFICE ADMINISTRATION TRAINING PROGRAM

UEI’s Business Office Administration Program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training needed for various entry-level office and administrative positions. The program provides students with hands-training in essential business office concepts, office procedures, and office computer programs.

Upon completing and graduating from the business office administration program, students should be familiar with working in an office and being part of a business. This program prepares students to become administrative assistants, office managers, customer service representatives, and more positions.

About This Program

The Business Office Administration Program Course provides students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training necessary for an entry-level business office administrator career.

The program trains students by introducing them to administrative office functions that include business communication, business professionalism, customer service, and accounting principles.

Students are also trained on how to use Microsoft Office Programs that include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access. Overall, the program provides the necessary skills for graduates to compete in today’s business environment.
