Business Office Administration Training Program
UEI's Business Office Administration Program is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training needed for various entry-level office and administrative positions. The Program provides students with hands-training in essential business office concepts, office procedures, and office computer programs.
Upon completing and graduating from the business office administration program, students should be familiar with working in an office and being part of a business. This Program prepares students to become administrative assistants, office managers, customer service representatives, and more positions.
If you're interested in an entry-level business office administration position, consider enrolling in UEI's Business Office Administration Course. The great thing about our Program is that you can earn your diploma in as few as 10 months, placing you on the fast track toward a business office administration position.
UEI's faculty of professional instructors provide students with comprehensive training on how to use computer programs that are prevalent in business offices. Computer programs covered by the course include Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Access, and QuickBooks, to name a few. Furthermore, the Program teaches students accounting principles, business calculations, business basics, office administration, and communication.
The Hybrid Business Administration Program requires students to complete a required 250-Hour externship with an approved employer prior to graduating from the Program. Completing the externship allows students to practice what they've learned in the course by putting their skills to work in a real-world environment, preparing them for a potential career in a business office setting.

The Program helps students develop a foundation in business office administration, teaching them basic accounting concepts and how to use account software such as QuickBooks, enabling them to perform bookkeeping functions for their employer.
Additionally, students are taught how to use the Microsoft Office Suite of Applications to create address books, mailing lists, inventory lists, and expense tracking.
Furthermore, students are taught how to use Adobe Acrobat and Google Apps, broadening their computer skills for future use in an administrative position. The Program also addresses soft skills, such as proper business etiquette and interpersonal communication.
