Learn the skills and tools you need to begin a fulfilling position helping coordinate patients, appointments and medical records while also working with insurance and finance. Being successful in a healthcare or dental clinic’s office environment requires a wide skillset. In this program, all students will learn healthcare fundamentals, record management, billing, coding, communications and bookkeeping, preparing them for an entry-level office position in the medical field.
