UEI College Stockton had the honor of welcoming Assemblymember Rhodesia Ransom to campus, continuing the strong connection she has built with colleges in her district. Assmb. Ransom, who also spoke at Stockton’s Spring 2025 graduation, was eager to see firsthand how students train for high-demand careers.
During her tour, she explored every hands-on training lab. Shew was joined by District Representative Jazmin Gutierrez, who also connected with students and instructors during the experience.
Her support for UEI extends beyond campus visits. Earlier this summer, she invited UEI to participate in her District Open House during the legislative recess, where Admissions Professional II and active community partner Chris Thompson proudly represented the school. Today, a UEI pennant hangs in Assemblymember Ransom’s district office alongside those of other local colleges—an enduring symbol of pride for the Stockton campus.
