If during your life, you’ve discovered you’re good at organizing, managing and communicating with diverse groups of people, from physicians to patients, then you have what it takes to enroll in the Medical Billing and Insurance Coding training program at UEI. Learn the skills and develop the tools you need to begin a fulfilling position helping coordinate and manage patient documentation, ensuring medical staff is reimbursed for services while patients are able to get the care they need. Successfully working billing, coding and patient records requires a wide skillset. In this program, all students will learn about billing systems, medical law and ethics, insurance coding, and medical office procedures, preparing them for an entry-level front office position in the medical field.
